Your baby will grow quickly, but the early weeks seem to pass much much more faster than when they’re over 12 months old. You may be curious to find out what is involved during a baby photography session. First, prepare baby for his or her special visit to our Sydney photography studio. If you’re puzzled as to which outfit would be perfect for a photo session, just bring an assortment of outfits with you.

We can advise on which are best for each theme you choose and which will be better for our lighting. We also have a variety of props and costumes that are perfect for our baby photography Sydney sessions, so don’t worry too much if you don’t have the perfect outfit.

Photo sessions generally start with getting baby comfortable with our surroundings. Perhaps we’ll take some photos of the parents first. We want baby to calm down and feel comfortable with the studio and the new people, to create the perfect mood for the baby photography session.

If you have older kids, you may wish to have kids photography of your entire family together. We have furniture where your youngster and your family can be seated together comfortably.

You may wish to have photo sessions of your baby at 3 months, 100 days, 6 months, and 12 months. When they’re younger is the perfect time to take photos of them laying on their back. They can wear headbands or bonnets, and be covered in shirts, dresses, or blankets. Many parents also enjoy shots of them laying on their tummy. We can cover their diapers with blankets, shorts, or other outfits.
